How to Create DANA Account

  • Download the DANA application on your Android and iOS mobile phone.
  • Open the DANA application enter your active mobile number.
  • Click “Continue” (for the registered mobile number will become your DANA account).
  • Enter the OTP code or 4-digit verification code that has been sent via message to your mobile number.
  • Create a PIN Code (make a pin code that is complicated but easy to remember).
  • Now your DANA account has been created. 
  • You have been able to login to the application.


After a DANA account is created, you must upgrade to Premium in order to fully enjoy DANA services.

Now that your account has been registered, you can start transactions such as top ups, purchases, payments and transfers. For new users, you can top up your DANA balance through the platform via ATMs, mobile banking, internet banking, to offline minimarket outlets. For users who have not upgraded to a premium account, the maximum amount of DANA top up is IDR 2 million. As for accounts that are already premium, the maximum amount of DANA top up is IDR 10 million.

Top up DANA with one of the methods via BRI ATM. You can follow the method below :

  • Enter the ATM card and PIN.
  • Select Other Transactions Payment Others, then select the BRIVA menu.BRI will ask you to enter your BRIVA number or DANA code for BRI, which is 88810.
  • Enter code 88810 and then enter the mobile number you want you use for your DANA account, then click continue.
  • The last step is to enter the amount of balance you want to top up with DANA, then press "Yes" and your request will be processed immediately.

  • Enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm the total amount to be withdrawn.
  • Enter DANA PIN.
  • Withdrawal status will be displayed.
